Deadline: Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until July 15th, 2023.
Eligibility: Any first year college, university or first year attendant of trade school or an institute of higher learning who is a legal resident of North or South Kona and graduated from a North or South Kona High School in 2023. Preference may be given to KCFB members and/or dependents. Scholarship applicants must be currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in a college, university, or any institution of higher learning in any field of study for the academic year beginning in Fall of 2023. Strong preference given to applicants who will be studying an agriculture related field.
How to Apply: Application must be completed and submitted by mail or by email, including all supporting documents by July 15th, 2023. All Information and supporting documents must be completed in order for your application to be considered. All materials must be emailed or mailed no later than 07/15/23. Who can apply?: If you are currently enrolled in your first semester of higher education, a legal resident of North or South Kona, and graduated in 2023 from a North or South Kona High School, you are eligible for this scholarship.

Do I have to attend a four year university to receive the scholarship?: Any accredited higher education program including both two and four year college and those attending trade school may qualify.
